On Saturday, 4 September from 11am we will be having a swarovski crystal bracelet class. In this class you will learn to make this beautiful bracelet from swarovski crystal beads. The cost of the class is £15 and this includes all the beads and findings you will need, your tuition and loan of jewellery making tools. At the end of the class you will be able to take home a beautiful bracelet made by yourself. You can choose any colour of crystal so please email or call me on 01942 244948 and let me know what you would like to make.
On Saturday, 11 September from 11am we will be having a Charm Bracelet Class. In this class you will learn how to make your own charm bracelet from chain and toggle clasps then you will learn to make and attach charms to your bracelet using the wrapped loop method. At the end of the class you will have a beautiful charm bracelet to take home. The bracelets will be made from lampwork glass beads in a choice of purple, red or brown. We have a maximum of 6 places on this class so please book as soon as possible either online or call the shop on 01942 244948 to leave your deposit. The class is taught by Helen and is £15 including all your beads and findings.
On Friday, 10 September 2010 we are having a jewellery making class suitable for complete beginners. In this class you will learn many easy jewellery making techniques to make this necklace and earrings set. The cost of the class is £15 and this includes all your beads, tuition and loan of jewellery making tools. The class starts at 11am and lasts around 2 hours. On Saturday, 28 August from 11am we will be having a Peyote Stitch Pendant Class. You will have a choice of a Rose Quartz, Jade or a Turquoise square pendant and you will learn to make beaded bails for the pendant and peyote tubes. The cost of the class is £15 and this includes all your beads and pendant. Call the shop on 01942 244948 to leave a £5 deposit or book online to reserve your place. (Please note: if you pay via paypal it will charge you for postage and packing but this will be refunded to you asap.)
On Saturday, 25 September from 11am to 1pm we will be having a wire wrapping class at The Bead Shop. In this class you will learn how to wrap beads using wire to make a necklace and a pair of earrings. You will also learn how to make your own clasps and headpins using wire. We only have a maximum of 4 to this class so book as soon as possible if you wish to attend. The cost of the class is £15 and this includes your tuition, loan of tools and all the beads and wire you will need.
On Saturday, 23 October at 11am we will be having a swarovski crystal lace bracelet class. The cost of the class is £18 and this includes all the swarovski crystals and findings to make this lovely bracelet, your tuition and loan of tools. Please call me at least 2 weeks before the class to let me know what colour you would like to do.
