ORDERS FROM THE REST OF EUROPE & USA
I am happy to accept orders from the rest of Europe and the USA. Please EMAIL your order to me and I will get back to you as soon as possible with shipping costs. I can accept payment via Credit Card, Paypal or Moneygram for International orders. You can also send Euros in cash but they MUST be sent via registered mail! INSURANCE
All parcels are sent via the standard royal mail postal service but insurance is available. Please use the drop down menu on the order page, where it states postage by cost, to add recorded delivery (insurance up to £34) or special delivery (insurance up to £250)
Shipping costs for the rest of Europe and the USA will be extra, please email me.
RETURNING ITEMS
If you do wish to return any items for either a refund or a replacement product please do so within 7 working days.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
Occasionally some items may be out of stock. These items will be put on back order for you. Please allow up to 14 days for back ordered items to be delivered. If I am unable to send these items within 14 days I will contact you to offer a substitute item if available.
CLASS INFORMATION
All our classes are held upstairs in the shop. We take a maximum of 6 in a class so if you want to attend be quick to book your place. At the moment we don't have wheelchair access to the upstairs for classes but do on occasion hold classes downstairs after the shop has closed. Email me if you are interested in attending one of these classes. The classes include all the beads you will need and loan of tools. You can bring along your own tools if you prefer. Please note that once a class is booked the payment is non refundable. Don't worry if something comes up and you can't attend as we can usually move you onto the next class if given enough notice and occasionally we might be able to move you onto a different type of class. Please do let us know if you are not coming to a class and then the class can start on time without waiting for people to arrive.
